Two questions:

1) Will it fit easily on a DFI Ultra-D? By easily, I mean without moving capacitors or blocking RAM slots.

2) Will a San Ace (120x38mm) fan fit on it?

It fits on a DFI nF4 SLI-DR so I am pretty sure it fits on an Ultra-D. I am running a 120x38mm panaflo on it so I think it is yet to #2 as well.

it blocks the first pci-e slot
