xp-120 on a socket-A board?

can it be done? has anyone tried? id hate to upgrade a mobo just so i can use a HSF, but i think i might just to have all 120's in my system.

1 on the intake, 1 in the PSU for exhaust, and 1 on the CPU. all papst low volume fans running at 7volts. :D

plus with that 120 on the cpu my 9800 pro with the passive cooler on it will get more active cooling over it.
