xp-120+fan?+noise.

Dear Hard Forum peoples
If i was using the athlon 64 fx-55, and not overclocking:-
1). Using a thermalright xp-120.
with a vantec stealth fan 120mm moving 53cfm, is this enough
however i care about quitness, and this runs at 28db.
therefore
2). using a thermalright xp-92
with a vantec stealth fan 92mm
moves only 28cfm, but at 20db
is the difference between 28db and 20db large, and if so does it come at too high a price for a drop of 25cfm......

hmmm if you're worried about noise vs performance surely the xp120 with a Silenx 120mm fan would be the best solution. quieter than the vantec stealth fans and I think they still have decent air flow
