its basicaly a radiator with a 120mm fan on it, with heatpipes that pump water to and from it and the CPU.

i bet somthing like this could finally catch up to the performance of a true watercooling setup. for your CPU at least.

anyone know where i could get custom built heatpipes? i got an idea for a VGA cooler.

do sorta like the zalman passive heatsink. but instead of taking it to a large heatsink attactched to the card, you take it off the back end of the card to a large radiator like the one on this CPU HSF. like so if you put a fan on it it would be facing on an angle pulling air from the front bottom of your cause blowing air up to the back top of the case. and with some carefull ducting, you could place the fan as intake at the bottom front of your case and have it blow cool air from outside the case through this radiator and then up to the CPU.

what do you guys think? has anyone ever seen anyone do somthing like this?
