I orded 5 x 80 MM Blue Led Fans, total cost was 15 bucks, no shipping charge to me in canada. Special was 5 for 15.

Since the 1st I have gotten no tracking number and there is no one @ the support desk. Assumming it was processed, it would been here by now, 3 day shipping. There ethics totaly defeat the process of fast shipping.

Anyone else having probs>
 
yeah i was thinking about buying these fans, if you get them. Let me know how they are... if not.... im gonna go with coolmaster.
 
Weren't you the one who created a post not too long ago saying you were having trouble with them?

If not, it's a shame the search isn't working. Avoid Xoxide like the plague.
 
all those 'xoxide sucks' posts make me feel all tingly inside, caus for the most part, its true.
 
I bought the fans and they came fast, and work great. They are bright, and a little noisy. Nothing like tornadoes or anything, but it wouldnt hurt to calm them down a little. I for one like Xoxide, because they accept Paypal. That will all change in less than a week when my Paypal Debit card comes in :D .

Nothing like 1.5% cash back at anystore that takes mastercard :D
 
ive ordered from xoxide over 25 times, ive never had a problem. You just have bad luck, tough.

Considering their history, consider yourself EXTREMELY lucky. Their forums have been shut down and cleared several times because of too many pissed off customers. I believe they wanted to advertise on the front page, and Kyle said no.

they actually closed the support forum and just left the general discussions forum open

yeh.... they might have nice product selection and reasonable pricing, but their customer support is non-existant
 
This makes no sense... Kyle says no to Xoxide and yes to Tiger Direct? Were is the logic in that?!?!

Tigerdirect wasn't as bad as some people make them out to be. My old company used to deal with them a lot, and they were great. I did see a few people complain though. Xoxide is MUCH MUCH worse than they ever were.
 
Short of overnight FedEx that just ain't gonna happen to Canada (and certainly not for free). If they are indeed shipping for free, it will be USPS and you are looking at typically 2 weeks and no tracking number.

I was gonna get coolermasters fans, but 10 bucks a pop is 40 bucks + shipping. 50 bucks for fans? naw

15 bucks for 5 fans? yeaha.

if they don't buck up my wednesday, or don't geti it, imma call...
 
As soon as my Paypal Debit Card comes in it will be NewEgg and SVC for me, and thats it!

dont bother, they wont answer
i had my stuff shipped from PA to CT, and it took them 5 days, and thats pretty long. imagine them shipping to canada, 2 weeks wait seems about right.
 
if it goes me on my cc bill, and i dun get anything, i am gonna be pissed

its 3 day shipping, that totaly fucking defeats the purpose....
 
my friend placed and order for 5 fans last wednesday and got them today via USPS ... he had no problem either. i have never had a problem with calling them or using their on-line message center thing. they always respond to my calls and talk to me on that chat thing....and i know im not THAT special.
