Xonar Xense with Senn PC350...?

Searched some info. about Xonar Xense and it almost makes sure that ASUS will bundle Xonar Xense with Senn PC350 (judged from some previews and Computex exposures about this bundle available on the internet).

Both sides(ASUS Xonar and Sennheiser) claimed that this is a gaming audio set fine-tuned and made-for-each-other. Does that mean they changed something in Sennheiser PC 350 so that the two rigs can combine with each other to make sure great performance in gaming?

Besides, just curious....there are some many headsets/headphones in the market, why Senn PC350 was chosen lol?
 
I think the Xense has a built in AMP so you should be good. I got a 350 and its nice but needs the amp
