This Xigmatek Nebula mini-ITX case looks like it might be a decent choice for an HTPC or Steam Machine. The folks at techPowerUP! seem to like it.

Xigmatek's Nebula is a compact Mini-ITX chassis that utilizes an interesting mixture of materials and comes with the ability to hold a fully sized ATX PSU and dual-slot graphics card. But will it look as elaborate on the inside as it does on the outside, or is this Nebula not hiding any secrets of the universe?

Very impressed with the m-itx offerings since I started doing research on them a couple weeks ago.

Great idea for the case, terrible place to put the LED button.

As for HTPC use, its a bit tall, they should probably also advertise as an over all case. Most HTPC cases are slim or about the height a LRU.

Looks nice on the outside, +1 on the terrible LED placement, not a fan of the HDD mounts personally. I think for the price I'd rather have a node 304 or 804. Granted those cases do have a somewhat bigger footprint.

The node 304 is excellent. Before downgrading to an i3, I ran an i7 4770k OC'd to 4.4 GHz using my Hyper 212 cooler and an MSI R9 280X video card. Everything ran cool and very quiet at idle or for simple web surfing.

I too have started looking at m-ITX. This case looks similar to the sub-woofer in my surround sound set up. This might be the case I go with.
