Im helping my friend OC his i7 920 using XFX X58i MOBO.

he is taking some pics for me of his BIOS right now, to help me see what he has there, but I have a question.

Using CPUZ he told me he has 6GB DDR3 of RAM with about 500Mhz in DRAM Frequency. Does that mean his RAM frequency is about 1000? How bad will that amount of RAM limit his OC?

Reason i'm worried because when I was building my i7 920 PC I was told having 1600Mhz RAM is a must. So with him having about 1000Mhz how far should we try to shoot for his 1st OC?
 
He got the SS taken and he has 1066Mhz.

Im looking at his BIOS and trying to compare them with my p6t MOBO. I cant seem to find where is his "DRAM Bus Voltage" and his "QPI/DRAM Core voltage" Thats the names from my p6t.

he has a C0 Revision i7 920 and we are shooting for 3.5Ghz OC. Im trying to see if he has a "CPU Ratio" of x21 if so his BCLK will be 170. The CPU voltage im going with is 1.30v but like I sad im trying to find the "QPI/DRAM Core voltage" which also needs to be the same.

his options are:

I guess the "DRAM Ref Volt" is his RAM Voltage, but where is the "QPI/DRAM Core voltage"?
