XFX RMA

I would like to know this also, I just sent my 6970 in yesterday. Had a DVI port quit.

When I asked them how long it usually takes they said they would let me know after they looked at the card.

I just hope that they don't try and send me a 1GB card back instead of the 2GB that I sent. That really won't be fun if that happens. They'll have mine on Monday, so we'll see what happens.

Why would they do that? I don't believe they're total morons. Don't sweat the small stuff man or life will be difficult for you.:D

2 weeks total is a standard. I've heard that they get it done within 2 weeks so I would say above average. RMA time during the launch of the most epic game ever will feel like an eternity no matter how quick they get it done though. :D

BTW they're not going to send you a 1gb card unless it's a weird mistake, no company is that incompetent and you have legal rights too so don't get too far ahead of yourself.

About 2-3 days of processing time + shipping time going back and forth for me.

Total time was two weeks exactly for me. Processing time was done within a day. I sent off my 6950 and they sent me back the card with the improved cooler on top!
