XFX HD 6870 - Increase GPU Voltage?

What are my options for increasing my voltage? Is there software available or is a hardmod required?
 
I've tried both Afterburner and Trixx but neither of them allow me to adjust VDDC, it says 0 and the slider doesn't move.
 
I've been able to raise my VDD with Afterburner, I think you need to unlock it though in the options.
 
msi afterburner working for me. it allows me to go up to 1.3v. not that i would do that...


ive found with stock volts i can do 975 core/1200 mem easy, so im not worried about going higher because the gains are minimal past those speeds.
 
I enable it in Afterburner and restarted it but no luck. I get about the same overclock so I guess it's fine.
