XFX Geforce 5200 128 Mb Issues

Ok I put this in my gateway (Genereic) system was running original Geforce 32 Mb, card wont create direct3d..so is useless any help PLEASE!!!!!
 
1. download and use driver cleaner
2. install drivers again

and if that doesn't fix your problem:
3. update your directx version in case something is corrupted
