Overclockers Club has the XFX Double Dissipation R7750 on the test bench today for a few rounds of benchmarks. Here's a quote to pique your interest:

That review is horrible...Why would they compare the 7750 to cards over a tier above it? Why not compare it to a comparable previous gen card and a higher card, such as the 7770? I know they compared it to the 7770, but everything they compared it to are high end cards. Its kind of like putting a lightweight fighter against a bunch of middle weight and heavy weight champions.

AMD's midrange HD77xx GPUs are quietly redefining what midrange can do, and especially compared to the HD67xx midrange GPUs they replace.

Praise - HD7750 is entirely bus-powered; unheard-of for a GPU with a 1 GHz memory clock! Even overclocked HD7770s need just the one six-ping PCI-E power feed. Price (worst case - XFX HD7770 (FX-777A-ZNBR) Ultra Overclocked is $169.99 at Best Buy)
