Hello!

I have seen on another thread here with alot of pages about oc'ed 7970 results people are talking about 2 different voltages (VID) one 1.05 and one 1.17

My XFX 7970 BE DD works with 1.112v under load (as reported by MSI AB RC11) but GPU-Z report a max of 1.098v (for VDDC). When I unlock the voltage control in MSI AB, the default is 1.112v

As I would like any pro's opinion on weither I got a 1.05 or 1.17 card because my number is really in between lol. I guess if I have 1.05v then it means XFX has factory overvolted the card (which would explain higher temps on VRM seen in this french website review that showed the VRM area of the card above 100c and since then there has been alot of critisism about XFX DD cooler) or if I have 1.17v it means my card has huuuuge Vdroop?

I dont know much about this stuff so I would really appriciate help.

Also, GPU-Z gives 1.602V of MVDDC and 12.13V of 12V, is this normal? (seems high or no?)
