I am wondering if any of you have the same problem as me.

When I am in recording mode on my X-FI Platinum and restart my computer it forgets all of my settings and everything goes back to default. I have tried to save the profile and such but that doesnt do any good. I also am using the newest version of the software.

Ideas?
