Xerox XG-91D full screen problem

Just bought a Xerox 19' xg-91d monitor and its working great except for one problem whenever i full screen a movie or something the picture becomes all blurry and i can barely make out the screen but when i exit full screen the picture is perfect. The screen refresh rate i have it on is 75 hertz and its on digital display. I can't figure out whats wrong with my monitor and was wondering if anyone else experienced this same problem
