I am having a spot of trouble with a Xerox M940 printer. The syst em it is attached to thru USB is running windows XP with Service pack 2. The printer works perfectly, except......
If the printer's USB cable is unplugged and plugged back in it wants to look for a driver again. I can either load the driver again or jsut tell it to cancel and it will work fine.
But we want it to stop coming up all the time.
It should not be asking for it at all, since the driver is loaded and functional.
Any thoughts?
