Just upgraded to Ivy Bridge and don't need it anymore.. Will come with just the chip; I no longer have the retail box.

They're averaging $80-$90 on eBay, so I'll start it at $70 shipped OBO. If anyone's interested, I can also include a TRUE heatsink for $30 more.
