Xeon Quad-Core CPU Question

HI,

I am curious: there is an "inexpensive" Xeon 5310 CPU (~$350 at eWiz), which only works in 2P systems (Socket 771). I assume that the Xeon 3210 is clocked higher (2.13 vs 1.6) and priced higher (~700-800 USD) to prevent people from using those instead of the q6600?

Is there a 1.6GHz Socket 775 Xeon 32xx for around $350?
