are there any Xeon motherboards that have 2 PCIe slots? ive looked everywhere. i saw one at alienware in one of there systems. but dont know where to buy it.

none available except the alienware one, and you have to buy Alienware to get it...

you can always email alienware for one. they'll probably turn you down, but it doesn't hurt to try
