Xeon-LV in SFF form factor?

I have a pair of Sossamon (Xeon-LV socket 479) CPUs that I would love to use for an SFF server (for Windows Home Server). Any idea if there is an micro-ATX system board that will take one or both of these? I see ASUS has an NCH-DL socket 479 board, but nobody seems to know if it will take this proc. Integrated video would be good too.

Also..are there any SFF cases that will take 4 drives?

Hum... What Core are they? If they are from the Core 2 era I bet they will. If not, even though Pentium M's used socket 479, those chips will not work in the newer core solo boards B/C they have different pin arrangements even thought its the same socket.
 
I believe you're going to need a E7520 lindenhurst chipset board for the sossamans. Supermicro makes a couple, but they're ATX form factor. X6DLP-4G2

Where'd you get the chips, if you don't mind me asking, I'd be interested in a pair.
 
These are Xeon versions of the Core Duo (aka Yonah) laptop cpus. In theory, should work in a socket 479 board...in theory....

The supermicro board looks good, but at $300, its a non starter. I already have the mother of all workstations (dual 5160 woodcrest) so...I just wanted to build a mini-NAS.
 
Well, I guess you could buy one and try it, there are plenty of socket m (yonah, merom and sossamans socket) motherboards out there, but you'll only be able to run one chip. Newegg doesn't do a good job of listing them when searching by socket since they tend to label them 478 or 479, but here are the links for what they have: link1 link2. The iologic board is mini-itx but it costs as much as any of the dual socket boards.

The aopen minipc duo is pretty small and might make a nice nas box. This msi is pretty small as well.
 
The only matx server board is made by asus, and it has no pci-e x16 slot, and is lga775 (it might be 771) for the new xeons, not the old 479 ones.

I would take a look at the Shuttle SFFs to see if anything works for you.

That MSI box ND40oz linked to above looks like an incredible deal. Board alone goes for that same amount and those cases are normally $100, plus it comes with a PSU and CPU cooler! Wow! I may have to look into that for my carPC... wish it wasn't so wide, though.

Where did you see that MATX Asus server board? I have a number of slow 2ghz woodcrests that would be a great fit there...but I can't find that board anywhere on their website.
