Xeon e3-1230 Overclocking

Hi,
what overclocking options do i have on a Xeon e3-1230?
Afaik it should be possible to set the turbo to be always on @3.6ghz?
Do the xeons offer the same "partially unlocked" multipliers as the i5/i7nonK? -> Which would mean 3.6turbo + 400mhz multiplier => 4ghz ?

I've been googling forever :O

You can probably set the turbo higher on P67/Z68, but that's it.
