Xeon 3.2D or 3.0E?

I'm putting together a workstation which will be used for graphics, editing, etc. I can't decide on wether to go with dual 1mb 3.2ghz chips or 2mb 3.0ghz ones.

Anyone have any suggestions? They are both around the same price.

Where will one out perform the other?
