XCLIO GOODPOWER 500W

The Enermax is better.

The Xclio is good for the money.

Do you have a criteria? Price range?

jonny, do you know what happened to the Xclio 450bl (450W)? It isn't available on newegg or anywhere anymore. And isn't the Goodpower line one of XClio's more high end line of supplies?

I am looking for around $80 for the PSU. I heard that single rail is better for Intel overclocking. I don't need SLI for sure.

iirc the xclio is made by the same company that makes antec psu's. vereafy that somewear else though

The Greatpower is like Antec's TruePower, the Goodpower is like the SmartPower and the "BL" is like the "Basiq."

They probably had too many of them blow up so they quit selling them. ;)

They're made by CWT (like the last person stated) so you can do a lot worse, but you can do better with a budget that's another $10.

Are Antecs' considered bad or unreliable because of the caps not the OEM? How would you compare CWT to epower/topower.

The Thermaltakes, Xclios and Antecs I've seen, all made by CWT, have had the same caps in them. So I think the answer to your question is yes and yes. ;)

How do I compare CWT to Topower? In the same price range, CWT's are better engineered.
