I can't get my XBox360 to connect to my Samsung 2693HM for some reason. If I use a HDMI-HDMI cable, the monitor won't sync up, but if I use a DVI-HDMI cable, it does... PC-DVI to Monitor-DVI = good, PC-DVI to Monitor-HDMI = good, XBOX360-HDMI to Monitor-DVI = good, XBOX360-HDMI to Monitor-HDMI = no picture.
Anyone have an idea what's going on here? I'm using a HDMI cable that I can confirm works connecting the XBOX360 to my Toshiba 42" LCD 720p TV. (I have tried setting the XBOX360 to both 720p and 1080p)
I want to use HDMI because my monitor has speakers built in, and I want an easier way to connect it for certain periods (when the GF has friends over to watch TV, for eg).
