Ok heres the thing i know that you can play the 360 wire controller on the pc...but i have wireless controller with the play and charge kit. Now my question is can i use it on my pc for pc games? Dont i need some sort of drivers for the controller in order to function on the pc?

Wont work, tried it on Nov 22nd ;)

Even with the controller drivers the computer doesn't recognize the controller. Although it can charge through your computers USB port which is nice because the 360's fans run even when off if you are charging a controller.

It has been rumored that there will be a usb dongle so that you can use your wireless controller on your PC....wirelessly :p

So if i buy a 360 wire controller i be able to use on my pc it without any drivers? or do i have to d/l the drivers somehwere? If so anyone know where i can get it.

Is that true or is it just the thread I made when I said it would be a good idea if they did that???

So does anyone know if i were to buy a 360 wire controller would i need drivers for my pc? or is it just plug ad play?

you do need drivers, but it'll grab them automatically from microsoft's website. other than that, it works perfectly. i've been playing some old NES and SNES ROMs with it, and they all work.
