xbox360 on dell 2407 through component prob

I know, I know, component is "awful" with 360 on the 2407, but until I can buy the VGA cable I have to live with it. My only problem is that on component the picture looks like it is shaking extremely fast, anyone have any ideas?

I'm running 1080i on the 360
 
I went down to 720p and it stopped, is this just a problem I have to deal with? or is there a solution?
 
It can't be that bad can it? Is there a picture floating around of the 360 running at 1080 through component?
 
this monitor cant handle 1080i well because it doesnt have a good deinterlacer, thats why 720p works.
