Now I'd guess the server will be getting hammered all day.
I'm pretty psyched about this game. I'm a big Dawn of the Dead fan (both versions), and this seems like a great homage to that movie.

The Cop's night stick is very fast, but it takes a couple hits to kill a zombie, though it does allow you to bascially "mow" through a crowd pretty well. That light sabre from the toy store was disappointing, it just knocks them down without doing any damage. Now I'm on the second floor of the sporting goods store and I see a wall of golf clubs and baseball bats, this is just getting better and better![]()

Jerome36 said:I've heard this from a couple other people as well, and I find it odd. I don't mean anything bad by it, because the game looks pretty fun, and I'm sure it'll be cool... but I never would have imagined it'd be a system seller. Gears of War... yes. Halo 3... yes. Forza 2... maybe. I just never would have thought this would be the game to convince some people on the fence about the 360. That's great though. I guess some people just really enjoy zombie games.![]()

The graphics are also just okay, but the ultra smooth frame rates are awesome when there are so many enemies on the screen at one time. The 3rd person perspective makes me a little motion sick, but i'll live as i'll just take a break every now and then. I hope the real game comes with a better in game tutorial, as this one didn't really give me a good idea what I was supposed to be doing. This game was really fun for as long as this ultra short demo went. I have this game prepurchased at EB, but i'm hoping there will be a store around here that will break the release date. This games comes out next wednesday, but has this game even gone gold yet? I'm curious because I havn't heard of any announcement yet. If only the demo would let you explore more than just that one area.............
