Does anyone know of the program that i use to run my xbox through the computer???

i want to use the s-video connector on my video card also i dont have a tv tuner card.

There is no such program because you have a hardware issue that must be resolved first, and the s-video port on your videocard is no help because it is signal-out only.

You need a way of getting the signal into the PC, and that takes tv tuner hardware... Either a videocard like the ATI AIW series, or a separate device that works via USB or PCI. I would suggest a USB device like this one...

USB devices are handy because USB will be around a LONG time, so you won't have to worry about the device becoming obosolete any time soon.

 
If his video card has VIVO, it'll work fine. A commonly suggested program for viewing full screen through vivo is Dscaler.

EDIT: lets get some specs on your pc so we know if you have VIVO or not.
