ha all buying a HDD for my xbox and i want to no what to buy i'm thinking maxtor coz from what i can see its the best for xboxs but what do you all think maxtor,seagate or WD what?

Seagate = 5yr warranty
Maxtor has only a one year warranty, for one. Not to mention, most people around here don't like them much.

don't really care aboat warranty's never use them lol and plz god plz don't take this the rong way but i really don't care.

Seagate is confident in the quality of their own drives. I use Maxtors because they are what I have found cheap at my local Staples. I buy them when on sale, then use my near monthly $30 off $150 Staples Reward coupons and they are really cheap that way.

Buying without coupons at Staples, I would go with Seagate drives over all others.

You don't use warranties?
So, You're telling me if your harddrive breaks after about 6 months of having it, you're just going to buy a new one?

no i grab a old from a box and use it for a 3 or 4 weeks tell i can get a new one.

It really doesn't matter i got a wd 200 in mine. Anything IDE will work the same because of the xbox itself hardware itself.
