Xbox controller pc drivers

What are the best drivers for my new xbox/pc controller. I haev one but its not very good.

depends on the game, some are more particular then others. Some drivers are pretty basic, and won't give you full features of the xbox controller, other drivers will give full potential but won't work well with games.

I have a couple different ones I use. psxpad, xbcd and xctrl between those three you should be alright.

also if you have the s-controller you may had to mod the drivers slightly to get them to recognize your controller.

anyways, I love the XBCD driver. It allows you to use the joysticks and all of the buttons (except start and select).

i used the one compiled with the newest linux kernels. works neatly.

I'm using X-Ctrl, and I'm finally happy because now I can use it with practically EVERY game I need to...

Even works with the planes in Battlefield now...woohoo!!!

Analog sticks rule!

I also recommend XBCD... works perfectly with Madden NFL 2004.
