Right, so I went to google news today to look up the worlds latest current events. I came across this and started screaming " WTF ??? WTF ??WTF ??WTF ?? " really loud in my bedroom.

Fairly shocking and self explainatory, please let me know how you feel about this.
 
Look I've been well aware that microsoft was going to use powerpc chips in their next console just as well as anybody. I can see why too, considering those kinds or risc processors have the kind of performance/heat ratio x86's aren't designed for.

What really gets me, is that microsoft unveils their new console and shows demos of it running games that ... aren't even running on the xbox. Does this mean that they were able too emulate the games sooner on a macintosh than they were to get them to work on their own console? WTF is this ?

.even though the pc's are provided by mac it is ms's XNA software kit in it for devolping for the xbox. everything you saw was on dual 2.5ghz ppc's and a X800XT with windows software similar to 360's. its no differnt then the speacial software on todays xbox dev kits

its been known for about a year that the dev kits hardware would be provided via apple
 
If it isn't such a big deal, then WHY didn't microsoft just demonstrate their games ON their next generation console ?
