I have the 360 Core and is there a way to use an External Drive to store games? besides buying Xbox 360 Harddrive?

External harddrives can only be used to access music, videos and photos. Unfortunately, if you want to use a hard drive for game saves, storage from the Xbox Live Marketplace, you're going to have to get a 360 hard drive. If you don't want to pay 100 bucks for 20 gigs, or 180 for 120 gigs (seriously, these prices are ridiculous), see if you can get one used from some place (like Psychotext suggested). People who had perfectly good 20 gig drives but bought 120 gig ones, are selling the old 20 gigs. You can get one for much less that way.
