Xbox 360 Controller causing conflicts

Hey guys,

I bought a Xbox 360 controller a while back for PC gaming purposes. The controller works fine but for some reason it conflicts with my Logitec USB 350 headset. Whenever I have the headset plugged in and then connect the controller, the audio will start to crackle. And not just a light crackle, its full blown distorted and just a mess. But when I remove the controller and restart the PC, the headset works fine. Any suggestions on how to fix this? I kinda have to have the headset and controller plugged in at the same time when I game

I have exactly the same problem with a wired 360 controller and usb audio, i have found no fix.
