I have a friend looking to set up a Desktop setup for an XBOX 360. VGA adaptor from the XBOX to a monitor but the concern is tha audio.

Looking for a good 2.0 or 2.1 powered monitors that takes optical out. Also a good headphone out would be a bonus.

Budget is 100-150max Looking for best bang for the buck.

Most of the cheap 360 VGA Cables include the optical audio port on the adapter. I've been using RCA to Stereo to PC line-in with my Sennheiser's for a while and the audio is much clearer than a TV headphone jack.
