So i'm new to xbl never used it before. I only got my 360 a week or two ago. So I created a local profile on my xbox and played forza now that I have this xbl profile my saved games are still in the local profile, what gives? any way to link the two? or import the saved game?

I really won't want to have to replay crap in my xbl profile

you should have just upgraded your profile not created a new one i think you might have to replay stuff

Yup, everything is locked to your gamercard. If you made a new profile for xbox live all of your achievements/saved games will stay with the off-line account and need to be re-earned for your live account.

damn it!
oh well I really only cared about forza saved game since I'm like 5-6 hours into it. Stupid MS for locking saved info down

It's not a bad feature, before they locked info to your gamercard, people were downloading saved games off the internet and unlocking all of the achievements without even playing the game.

Well I figured they would be locked somehow. I was just hoping it would be locked to a single console or hard drive etc

damn oh well. Halo 3 online time
