Does anyone know if this MoBo is still shipping with pre Ivy Bridge BIOS anymore? I just picked up this board and a Xeon E3-1230 V2 CPU to get home and discover I had registered ECC memory, but I needed unbuffered. I ordered the new memory and it should be here in a few days but in the mean time I was doing some more research and I noticed that the BIOS needs to be at 2.0 to support IB CPUs. Anyway I can check the current BIOS, I don't have a Sandy Bridge chip I could install to upgrade if needed. When I boot the box fans spin but nothing else happens, no display, no beep codes. Is this memory or am I hitting a BIOS to CPU issue? If it is BIOS any way to upgrade without a SB CPU????
