x850XT PE driver issues with Catalyst 5.4?

just got my spankin new Sapphire x850xt pe. everything is working except for when cat 5.4 tried to install wdm drivers, the software hangs. i've had to use 5.2 that came with the installation disc. anyone else experience a similar thing? i hope they fix this by 5.5. i googled around and it seems like everyone eho has x850xt pe has a similar problem (vivo drivers).
 
Yea had some issues with my x800xt-pe vivo too with everything newer then 5.2
