X850XT Freezing, need some help!

Okay, so recently my X850XT freezes when I launch any sort of game (ranging from 10 year old games ie. StarCraft to modern games such as Team Fortress 2). I seriously have no idea what the hell is going on, I've already tried reinstalling drivers (did the whole shebang...uninstall, boot into safe mode and clean with driver cleaner pro and install) and even took it out of the slot and reinserted, but no dice. This started happening about a week ago and I did absolutely nothing different...no hardware or software change, etc.

The card works perfectly fine in Windows, even running dual screens no problem. I'm really stumped here, what can be causing this problem?

Oh, and when it freezes, it gives me the BSOD sometimes with the "IRQL not less_or_equal" BS telling me I've got new hardware or software change...when I didn't change anything.
