[???] X850XT and Catalyst CP

Dear homiez,

I got sum questions on my new OEM Radeon X850XT.

Firstly, I am using the Catalyst and CP version 5.3. I am not able to see the Overdrive Tab, where I can read my vid temp, in my Control Panel. And I can not see the SMARTGART Tab also. How can I "make those tabs visible" to me?

Addtionally, I can not install the Catalyst Control Center in neither 2 ways:
- CCC first, then .NET Framworks
- .NET Frameworks 1st, then CCC

Can you give me some hints on installing CCC?

Install the CAT 5.2, or omega or whatever. I'm just letting you know that 5.3 sucks a lot, it only makes big problems on my 800xt-pe. www.guru3d.com

Thanks for ya so-fast-reply homie , I'ma try 5.2 later.

I have just:
- Uninstalled my CCP
- Downloaded and installed .NET Framework again
- Downloaded and installed the CCC again

All ATi's stuff were released with Catalyst 5.3.

Now I am able to see the OverDrive settings for my card now, I dont know wtf just going on here. This CCC sucks a lot of RAM to run . I still prefer CCP coza its lite.

the cat 5.3's work great for me and so does the control panel and overdrive
