x800xl vs x800xt

Does anyone know which fan is louder, the stock cooler on the x800xt or the cooler on the x800xl. The reason why I ask is I plan on getting an x800xl and a ati theater 550 pro. However there is an x800xl AIW card that uses the theater550pro (I think, certainly looks like it). The AIW card looks like it uses the XT cooler, and was wondering if that would be quieter than the XL cooler.
 
The XL stock cooler yes is quiter, but also alot worse

The XT cooler is pretty nice, from the looks of it,
 
Is it really that bad. Im running 40c on idle and 35 with window open. I also have no cooling in my crap dell8400 so I thought it actually was quite good!!
 
What I menat was, for OCIng, it sux

Just normally, it is a fine cooler (If not underpowered/wimpy looking)
