X800XL Voltage limit?

My current overclock rises up to temps of 56C load in gaming and 46C load in 3dmark, which is somewhat low for the X800XL. If i go any higher my computer locks up and i have to reboot, as in if i go to 460/570, my computer locks up. If anyone wonders, there is no artifacting.

My question is: Is this a voltage limitation?

i have the same issue, and my temps hit 54 load 52 idle

i max out at 460/515 (memory speed pisses me off)

i seoirusly think theres a serious voltage limitation, i just wish it had a 6-pin PCI-E

It's not the voltage...

It's just how the x800xl are built... Built on R420 R430 core? They just can't clock high...

It might be the core, or it might be the voltage.

Try a voltmod (if you're brave :p), and see if that helps. If it doesn't, you're SOL, sorry.
