But since I changed the video card my computer keep crashing all the time, at times it restarts while loading XP others XP loads and I can even play games until it crash again.
I have DFI Ultra-D with the latest bios (10/03)
corsair PC4400C25 (tccd)
AMD64 3500+
OCZ ModStream 520W
-first I used driver cleaner and installed the latest catalyst drivers, crash
-then I loaded the "optimized defaults" because i was OC'ing and supposed it was the problem, crash
-then i formated the HD and installed XP, crash (even before installing any driver; chipset, video card or anything else)
-then i changed the card to the other PCI-E 16X slot that has the mobo, crash
-then I unplugged the second monitor (i was using two 17" CRT´s), crash
what would it be??
sometimes I get this message "STOP 0x000000EA THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER (Q293078)"
or "Video driver problem"
but as said before even without drivers installed it makes windows crash
I was using this power supply with a neo2 and a 6800Ultra perfectly stable and being able to overclock it beyond 550mhz (some guy told me maybe its a PS problem), but being the 6800U so hungry for watts i dont think it is the problem with this x800xl
help please!?!?!?!
