I have a PowerColor 800Pro that I got in early July. Since I bought it though, I haven't reached anything resembling X800 speeds on games. It's terrible! I only get 30 fps max in CS:S, and god knows how bad on BF:V. The only thing I could think is that it's my shitty moniter at only 60 Hz. Can anyone explain my lacking hardware? Are there any bios I can restore or something? I don't have a diskette drive, so can I use burned CDs to flash bios to X800XT speeds?
