So, I got a couple new PC games for Christmas. Quake IV, and COD2 and while they run decently on my PC I think that QuakeIV could defintaly benefit from an upgraded video card. It's been a while since I've bothered with the PC market so I am wondering what's "HOT" as far as video cards go. I'm limited to AGP card right now since I dont feel like upgrading my board to accept a PCI-E card. So, for $170 from NewEgg is this X800GT a good deal?

Right now I am running a Radeon 9600XT(ATi brand) 128MB. And it's ever-so-slightky overclocked. Would the X800GT be SIGNIFICANTLY better than this 9600?

I don't need anything insane, just something that will run new games decently. More texture memory is what I am looking for mainly, but I am sure some extra mhz in the core clock and ram speed won't hurt.

Heres my system specs:
Asus A7N-8X DLX Mainboard (old A-Uber bios)
AMD 1700+ @ 2900+
Radeon 9600XT
512MB (256x2) Kingston BH5 Hyper-X series (2,2,2,4 timings)
2x80GB WD SE 8MB cache HD's
Some CD and DVD Burners...
