X800 (XT) PCI-e owners, I need some quick help.

Bought an OEM card, it didn't come with the PCI Express power cable. So I'm going to fabricate one. I just need to know which of the three (here's a picture for the ATI one on their website) do what.

Example: Red (square in pic) = 12v + etc etc.

Any help is appreciated. I wasn't able to find a card at a store that wasn't packaged to see for myself.
