X800 Pro Help

I just got a Sapphire X800 Pro and I put it in my Shuttle SN41G2 V3 and I can't seem to get it to work quite right. The picture is often garbled... and it isn't handling even simple windows rendering. Here are some pics.

I've installed the drivers more than once using driver cleaner everytime. Tried Omegas, tried the CD that came with the card. Tried ATI drivers, Reinstalled the OS once. I'm out of ideas. I did put it in this crappy dell that was lying around and it worked fine... I got this X800 because my 9800 had a power issue which would cause the machine to not post. This is very frustrating.
 
I've been looking around... and it seems that there might be a problem with how the X800 interacts with the GART drivers on the nvidia board. I tried uninstalling the nvidia GART drivers but no luck... maybe I should try with a fresh OS.
 
Man I don't want to RMA another card... I've already RMA'd two Radeon 9800s cause they had power issues.
