Which ones should I use right now? I'm going to be playing mostly Source and Quake 4. I haven't been using my main comp for 4 months been doing work on a lappy so whats the best drivers out right now?
 
Latest Cats are fine. I'm using 6.3 with my X850XT PE and it's working great in Source and Q4.
 
I hadn't updated since 5-11's. Got Oblivion and played with those, then bumped up to 6-3's and it made a world of difference for the better.
