I'm curious if anyone has SSDs working with TRIM in RAID0 on an x79 board. I know a few years ago TRIM wasn't supported for RAID configurations but that Intel supposedly was going to add the capability later.

I've searched around to see but Googling or searching here has only produced the stuff from back when it wasn't possible and all the complaining...but I haven't seen anything saying "yep, it works now, use X". Supposedly RST (as opposed to RSTe) can do it now, but I wanted to see if anyone on here has a setup that's working.

I'm currently using just one SSD, but it's way too small for current needs so I'm looking to upgrade. Probably will go with a pair of 256 or 512 Crucials.

Thanks!

I would just use them as two separate disks. There's zero performance benefits to using them in RAID 0, and the inconvenience is minor IMO.
