x79 board

Hello

I have an eVGA x79 classified board, had to send in as a RMA, when my water cooling loop blew a hose off. fried my 3 470 gtx, the mb worked but bios chip was insanely hot.
So I did not see eVGA replacing it, I found a MSI x79 Big Bang II.
But eVGA replace my board.

So my question is, what board would be better to keep?

Both are fully working.

My system is
4930k
290 crossfired
two dual channel dominator platium 1866, 4x4gb
hafx case
