X700XT Problem.

Does ATI not support the X700XT anymore? I happen to have one and the latest drivers it will work with is 5.4. Every driver after that gives me the stupid INF video driver not found error.

Wow, I didnt know they actually sent any out.

You could try finding an x700pro bios and flashing to that, although it seems pretty lame to downgrade the default speed of your card. You could also contact ATI and ask them what to do about it.

They did ship the x700xt, but its REALLY rare. They didnt make any because it was too close to the x800 in terms of power. Call up ati and see whats up. Their radeon drivers are pretty universal so I wouldnt think that its an issue. Anyways, give ati a call and see what they have to say about it.

Well.. ATI wasn't much help with trying to solve this problem. I did however manage to install the drivers manually. So that's that for now.
